Seeing a similar table in a magazine, a friend asked me to create a design to their specific dimensions and with a story. I was able to source salvaged railcar floor and utilize that for the table top and lower shelf. In the end, I was able to design a cost efficient table, utilized reclaimed wood, and they loved telling guests that the railcar was haunted in which the wood came from. It's a piece that allows for conversations to be had around and from.
